🛡️ Information Security Incident Report In case of suspicion or occurrence of an Information Security incident or personal data privacy incident related to Eupago’s services, the user must immediately notify Eupago, without unjustified delay, providing all available information. Incidents may include, among others, phishing attempts or suspicious communications in Eupago’s name, unauthorized access to the client area, or possible leakage/misuse of personal data, as well as any failure or abnormal behavior that could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information. Whenever possible, the date and time, a brief description of the incident, and, if applicable, relevant screenshots or messages should be provided. Communication must be made to Eupago’s SIRT – Security and Incident Response Team, via telephone at 222 061 597 or by email at security@eupago.pt.
💳 Fraud Prevention and Reporting If you suspect you are being targeted by a scam related to payments processed by Eupago — for example, requests to pay references or make payments connected to fraudulent schemes — you must report the situation immediately, without any unjustified delay, providing all information you have. The report should be sent to fraude@eupago.pt or, alternatively, via phone at 222 061 597.
